Responsibilities
Processes standard recipes for preparation of all food.
Prepares and delivers quality products and established portions on schedule.
Checks equipment and work area to ensure cleanliness and sanitation are maintained in accordance with regulations.
Maintains daily records including information on patients/residents meals, cafeteria meals, meals on wheels, special events, and temperatures.
Operates a variety of kitchen equipment
Requirements
Less than high school.
Less than one year experience in food service
