Perform structured analyses, facilitate workshops, and develop client-ready deliverables.
Engage directly with client to gather insights and communicate findings.
Anticipate risks, dependencies, and client concerns; manage daily client interactions within engagement scope.

Contribute to the development of thought leadership, methodologies, and service offerings.
Support capability building within the team through coaching and knowledge sharing.
Coach and review work from junior team members.
Collaboration:
Work with teams, geographies, and disciplines to deliver
Help identify opportunities to expand engagements or build client value.
Contribute to engagement planning, estimation, and solution shaping.
The Essentials - You Will Have:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field
At least 4 years' experience of consulting or applicable industry experience Manufacturing operations, with a strong focus on automation and controls
Ability to travel up to 50% of time
The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
MBA or Advanced Degree
Expertise in process control systems, including DCS, PLC, SCADA, and HMI platforms
Familiarity with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) frameworks
Hands-on experience with asset management and predictive/preventive maintenance strategies
Knowledge of OT data management, including data historians, edge computing, and integration with IT systems
Experience to lead automation projects from concept through commissioning-
Familiarity with ISA-95 and ISA-88 standards for manufacturing systems integration
Experience working in regulated or high-compliance environments
