- Hybrid Mobility Classification - Work will be performed from both remote and onsite locations after the onboarding period. However, hybrid employees should live within a reasonable daily commute to a Duke Energy facility

Position Summary Candidate will serve as the organization's lead construction estimator for transmission line and substation projects. Utilizing Sage/EOS Navigator estimating software, you will lead a small estimating team of varying skill levels in the development of project estimates. These estimates are used directly by Project Managers to manage costs on specific capital projects and programs. The estimates are also used for developing annual budgets, preparing long-term plans, and assessing financial and resource management performance during the year. The primary purpose of the Lead position is to develop processes that ensure that the estimates, standards, and work practices accomplish these requirements effectively. The ideal candidate will have experience using and administrating Sage Estimating tool (EOS Navigator) and a strong background in MS Excel, with an emphasis on transmission construction project management principles, processes, and deliverables.
