Responsibilities

  • As Director of Operations, you will provide strategic and hands-on leadership across multiple accounts and operational teams. You will be responsible for ensuring all sites meet contractual obligations, financial targets, and service standards while building strong, long-term client partnerships.

  • Partner with sales and business development teams to support growth opportunities and new contract mobilization
  • Act as an escalation point for operational and client issues, ensuring timely resolution
  • What You Bring
  • 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in building automation controls systems within operations
  • Proven experience managing multi-site or multi-account operations
  • Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L responsibility
  • Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience leading large teams, including frontline staff and operational managers
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities in fast-paced environments
  • Ability to balance strategic oversight with hands-on operational leadership
  • Knowledge of contract management and service-level compliance
  • Post-secondary education in business, operations management, automated controls or related field is an asset
