Responsibilities

- Act as an escalation point for operational and client issues, ensuring timely resolution
- What You Bring
- 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in building automation controls systems within operations
- Proven experience managing multi-site or multi-account operations
- Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L responsibility
- Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills
- Experience leading large teams, including frontline staff and operational managers
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities in fast-paced environments
- Ability to balance strategic oversight with hands-on operational leadership
- Knowledge of contract management and service-level compliance
- Post-secondary education in business, operations management, automated controls or related field is an asset
