Provide engineering and technical support to production teams to maximize quality, yield, and productivity in capsule manufacturing
Define, monitor, and optimize machine process parameters for Hard Capsule Machines (HCM), I-box, and Borsor systems
Ensure process parameter set points and measurement systems remain aligned with specifications; escalate deviations proactively
Establish and standardize "golden parameters" for equipment during product or size changeovers
Lead troubleshooting of chronic manufacturing issues and drive sustainable solutions
Coordinate cross-functional activities across production, maintenance, and engineering teams
Drive waste reduction, yield improvement, and consumable optimization initiatives
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (B.Tech) in Mechanical (preferred), Electrical, Production, or Chemical Engineering
8-12 years of relevant experience in Process Engineering within Pharma or Food Manufacturing industries
Strong hands-on experience in mechanical and/or electrical troubleshooting
Expertise in capsule manufacturing processes and equipment such as HCM, I-box, and Borsor
Knowledge of GMP, food safety standards, and good housekeeping practices
Proven experience in Lean Manufacturing and Operational Excellence frameworks
Demonstrated success in process improvement, yield enhancement, and cost optimization initiatives
