The role of Account Manager - SME is an exciting new role as a part of an expanding team in the Account Management team. You will be responsible for the in-life management and retention of our fastest growing areas in the business. This role is office based in Crewe, and you'll be a part of a vibrant office environment. The key to success in this role is to have a strong will to be customer-focused with an appetite for customer retention and upsell. You will report into our Retentions Manager. Your key responsibilities day to day will be... Making daily calls to aligned customers Retain and renew customer contracts Upselling into customer accounts Driving cross-company referrals Developing learning of Radius' product portfolio with the ability to fully explain features and benefits of our products. Working closely with key partners across the major networks. After-sales service to ensure customers are satisfied.
