As an Associate Manufacturing Process Engineer , you will join our team in an entry-level professional capacity, providing a strong foundation for a career in semiconductor manufacturing. This is a unique opportunity to apply your academic engineering background to a high-tech wafer fab or assembly/test environment, where you will directly contribute to the stability and efficiency of the processes that create our market-leading sensor and power solutions.
Responsibilities
Process Monitoring: Monitor production processes using Statistical Process Control (SPC) charts, responding to out-of-control conditions according to documented procedures to ensure consistent quality.
Experimental Support: Assist in conducting Design of Experiments (DOEs) by collecting and compiling critical data under the mentorship and guidance of senior engineers.
Troubleshooting: Provide hands-on support for troubleshooting minor process and equipment issues on the manufacturing line to maintain operational flow.
Qualification & Testing: Support the qualification of new equipment or materials by performing assigned tests and collecting the necessary data to validate performance.
Collaborative Learning: Work under direct supervision to apply basic engineering concepts to real-world semiconductor manufacturing challenges.
Requirements
Educational Foundation: A Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering (e.g., Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical, Materials Science) or a related physical science. No prior professional experience is required.
Technical Curiosity: A basic knowledge of scientific principles and a strong interest in working in a hands-on, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities with a keen attention to detail, especially when monitoring data trends and process variations.
Software Proficiency: Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, with a particular strength in using Excel for data collection and reporting.
Communication: A proactive attitude toward professional growth and the ability to work effectively within a collaborative engineering team.
