Supervise and coordinate the work activities of the crew.
Assign tasks and provide guidance and support to crew members.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Train new crew members and provide ongoing training to improve skills and performance.
Monitor and report progress and issues to management.
Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth project execution.
Conduct regular inspections to identify any hazards or safety concerns.
Foster a positive and productive work environment.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during the work process.
Required Skills:
Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in a similar industry.
Strong knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
Proficient in organizing and prioritizing tasks.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Valid driver's license.
