Duties, Goals and Responsibilities: This position is Monday through Friday 7am to 5pm Enter and update loads, scan and RVI loads Schedule pickup and delivery appointments for freight Provide switchboard coverage Track freight and proactive communication Provide coverage for CSR's when out of office Answer, screen, and transfer inbound calls Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed
