Oversee day-to-day brand administration including P&L oversight, demand planning, consumption forecasting, marketing spend management, & digital commerce and media plan performance tracking.
Partner with Consumer Business Insights & Analytics team to initiate deep human understanding research projects and apply research to support strategic decision-making and tactical implementation as required.
Develop brand objectives, goals, strategies, and measurements to meet or exceed sales and profit targets through the annual commercial planning process.
Partner with cross-functional team (including Global Brand Team, Sales, Finance, Regulatory, Medical, Legal, Supply, Digital Marketing, Shopper Marketing, Media & Creative Agencies, etc.) evaluate, develop, and oversee and activate annual brand plans with excellence.
