Job Description Care Partners are responsible for providing assistance to staff and patients, helping to create a safe and supportive environment. They perform duties in the direct and indirect treatment of patients as directed by RN staff. Performs computer charting functions to ensure an accurate and complete patient record. Hours: 7pm-7:30am, weekend and holiday rotation Requirement: Active CNA in the State of IL, HS Diploma
