Working Conditions:
Work is performed in a Manufacturing environment
Depending on the assigned department, must be able to demonstrate the ability to lift up to 60 pounds and complete an audiogram test
Those working in the Aerospace department must be able to pass a Vision, Color Vision, and Depth perception test
This position requires good manual dexterity, coordination and stamina.
Must be able to wear personal protective gear most of the day.
Hourly rate= $18.00+ based on experience.

What You Will Contribute:
The Assembler I is responsible for assembly and the testing of various products. Assembly work will be performed by reading detailed instructions to ensure goods are safely produced in an efficient manner.
Job Duties:
Use basic Hand, battery, electric and pneumatic powered tools to complete assemblies.
Tend machines, such as arbor presses or riveting machines, to perform force fitting or fastening operations on assembly line.
Solder, glue, and center to specific tolerances then complete basic testing including using multimeter test equipment.
Test samples of manufactured products to verify conformity to specifications.
Capture test results on standardized programs and create test reports for finished goods.
Use basic printing programs to complete customer orders when required for a specific job.
Receive instructional work orders, assemble sub-assemblies, and finish product from parts as provided.
Use Production system to record day-to-day customer order activity, view work instructions and report completed work.
Record material non-conformance issues discovered in production process.
Read manufacturing orders, follow production drawings, and sample assemblies.
Education and Experience:
High School Degree/GED Preferred
No experience necessary; prior assembly experience a plus
