Responsibilities
- Verify completeness of tender documents and update amendments and corrigenda
- Identify discrepancies in tender documents and raise queries to resolve issues promptly

- Negotiate with consultants and clients to finalize accounts, ensuring accurate and timely project closure
- Execute any ad-hoc duties assigned by the Contract Manager and management to support project and organizational objectives
- Required :
- Degree or Diploma in Building or Quantity Surveying
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying or contract management
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision to meet tight deadlines
- Demonstrated teamwork skills with a positive learning and working attitude
