Trades Assistant

About the role

In this role you will be accountable for: General assistance in the workshop as designated by the Section Supervisor or Works Manager. Assistance in the assembly and disassembly of large equipment Cleaning - of Workshop, and Offices where required. Painting of motors, equipment and floors. Sorting of parts and tools. Understanding and adherence to safety and quality procedures/policies. To succeed in this role, you will need: 3+ years working in heavy industry, manufacturing, mining etc Basic mechanical and technical skills Sound communication skills. Good level of time management. Ability to engage and work with others. Keen attitude. Forklift License (desirable). What we offer you On-site car parking. Technical training and development.
