This position is in Region 5, Land, Chemicals, and Redevelopment Division, Redevelopment and Programs Services Branch. About Region 5: Region 5. This is an office-centered position--you must physically report to the duty station stated in this announcement on a regular basis. NOTE: You must meet qualification requirements by the closing date of this announcement. To qualify for the GS-15 level, you must have 1 year of full-time* specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-14 level defined as providing oversight and/or technical knowledge to a team or project; enhancing program effectiveness and demonstrating knowledge of contracts; maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders. You will need the following competencies in order to perform the duties of this position successfully: Organizational Development* Stakeholder Management Leadership* Technical Knowledge (Related to Position)* Contract Management *You will be evaluated on these critical competencies.
