The role safeguards program integrity and long-term sustainability through strong internal controls, operational accuracy, and continuous process improvement. Ensure compliance with the 340B program through strategic planning, development, and day-to-day management. Maintain adherence to 340B requirements for qualified patients, drugs, and locations. Coordinate response to HRSA and/or manufacturer audits. Develop, implement, and update policies and procedures to support program compliance. Communicate compliance requirements, identify potential risk areas, and facilitate corrective actions. Stay current on applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to the program. Build and maintain effective working relationships within health system and with 340B-related agencies to support compliance. Analyze and evaluate program data to monitor integrity and identify opportunities for improvement. Collaborate across departments to coordinate 340B program initiatives and operations. Conduct staff training and education to promote understanding of 340B compliance requirements. Oversee the maintenance and effective use of split billing software to ensure accurate program operations. Additional duties as assigned
Requirements
- Required: Georgia pharmacist license or eligibility for licensure in Georgia through reciprocity within 90 days of employment.
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree
- Four (4) or more years of job-related experience
- Preferred: 340B Apexus Certified Expert (ACE)
- Strong knowledge of HRSA 340B regulations and pharmacy worfkflows.
- Experience with Epic, pharmacy dispensing systems, and split-billing software (e.g., Wellpartner, Macro Helix).
- Demonstrated Proficiency in financial analysis, data management/reporting, and process optimization.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
