Responsibilities
- Provide support and troubleshooting of Windows workstations, mobile devices and client applications.
- Install/setup and maintain all hardware and peripheral components such as personal computers, monitors, keyboards, phones, and printers.

Requirements
- IT Support: 2 years (required) or equivalent education.
- Troubleshooting skills for PCs
- Thorough understanding of helpdesk operations, IT best practices, industry trends and customer service
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to learn and support new systems and applications.
- Strong computer troubleshooting.
- Device Support (printers/scanners/smart phones/tablets/laptops) experience in Office 365 Administration.
- Ability to articulate technical information to non-technical audiences.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills while working within a team environment.
- Ability to travel: 25%
- Candidates should live within reasonable daily commute of Sharonville, OH
- ED UCATION QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associate or Bachelor's degree
