What will you be doing? Lead implementation and onboarding for newly signed strategic remarketing accounts, ensuring a smooth handoff from sales to operations. Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for assigned accounts, managing inquiries, escalations, and follow-through to resolution. Coordinate internally with Vehicle Remarketing sales and operations teams to align on account requirements, timelines, and service delivery. Facilitate recurring client touchpoints, including monthly status calls and coordination of quarterly business reviews (QBRs). Prepare meeting agendas, performance reporting, and action item recaps to drive accountability and ongoing improvement. Identify and communicate trends, risks, and opportunities across the book of business; recommend solutions that improve client outcomes and retention. Support strategic client projects on a short-term basis, partnering with leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver against scope and timelines. Maintain accurate account documentation (implementation plans, contact lists, meeting notes, and deliverables) to ensure continuity and visibility. Monitor service performance and SLAs; proactively resolve issues and coordinate internal resources to prevent repeat concerns. Demonstrate strong organization and prioritization, managing multiple accounts and requests while meeting deadlines and client expectations. Travel as needed for client meetings, onsite visits, or internal planning sessions. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by leadership. What are we looking for?
