Coordinate and support day-to-day activities related to strategic initiatives and assessment projects.
Assist with project planning, tracking timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure initiatives remain on schedule.
Support documentation and organization of project materials, outcomes, and processes.
Assessment Support
Assist with institutional assessment processes, including the collection, organization, and reporting of: General Education Learning Outcomes (GELOs)
Program Learning Outcomes (PLOs)
Course-Level Outcomes (CLOs)
Support academic departments in documenting assessment results, action plans, and continuous improvement efforts.
Assist with compiling assessment data and evidence for internal reviews and accreditation-related activities.
Data Collection, Analysis & Reporting
Collect, validate, and manage data related to strategic initiatives, assessment activities, and instructional projects.
Assist in analyzing student engagement, retention, success, and other institutional effectiveness metrics.
Assist in preparing reports, summaries, and visual dashboards for leadership, committees, and campus stakeholders.
Collaboration & Institutional Support
Work closely with the Director of Strategic Initiatives and Assessment to ensure alignment with institutional goals and priorities.
Collaborate with Instructional Design and Technology to support project and assessment needs.
Compliance & Documentation
Assist with maintaining accurate records, documentation, and supporting materials related to strategic initiatives and assessment efforts.
Support compliance with institutional, state, and accreditation expectations related to assessment and effectiveness.
Other Duties
Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Strategic Initiatives and Assessment and the Vice President of Planning, Effectiveness, and Technology.
