The Resource Management Delivery Services Associate builds foundational knowledge of the enterprise resource management program and supports day to day execution of defined resource management processes within the Dayshape platform. This role provides hands on operational support to internal teams by completing assigned scheduling, data entry, and administrative tasks in accordance with established standards and procedures.
The Associate works under the direction of senior team members to ensure accurate and timely updates within Dayshape, particularly during routine scheduling activities and defined initiatives. The role collaborates with team members located offshore and across multiple time zones to support consistent delivery, effective handoffs, and timely completion of assigned work.
Delivery Services Execution & Coordination
Execute assigned day to day Resource Management (RM) support activities, including Dayshape data uploads, schedule maintenance, and defined scheduling initiatives, following established standards, procedures, and priorities set by leadership.
Support work execution across a globally distributed team by completing assigned tasks, following documented processes, and participating in clear handoffs across time zones.
Escalate questions, data issues, or competing priorities to senior team members or the Manager as needed.
Perform quality checks on assigned deliverables to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with Dayshape and RM process standards.
Partner with Resource Managers and Delivery Services leadership to clarify task requirements, timelines, and expectations for assigned delivery work.
Execute assigned tasks based on documented requirements and guidance from senior team members.
Identify and escalate recurring administrative or data issues to senior team members for review.
Program Enablement & Change Support
Participate in testing and deployment activities for new Dayshape product releases as assigned by executing defined test scenarios and documenting results.
Provide feedback to senior team members regarding execution questions or issues encountered during assigned activities.
Support the development and execution of release communications, job aids, and training materials to reinforce understanding of new functionality or process updates.
Identify and escalate data quality issues or execution risks encountered during delivery or release activities to senior team members or the Manager.
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in a technical or related field, or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and/or certifications.
TECHNICAL/SOFT SKILLS
Strong Microsoft Office proficiency,
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage structured, repeatable work at scale.
Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated curiosity and willingness to learn new tools, techniques, and approaches
Interest in identifying and implementing continuous improvements within resource management operations
