About the role

Job Summary: To work with caregivers towards peace of mind and freedom to live the life they aspire. This is done through partnership with caregivers, volunteers, and internal/external stakeholders to deliver programmes and services using a caregiver-centric approach. *Scope of Caregivers Support: Provide support to caregivers and families of older persons, persons with special needs and mental health conditions. Principal Responsibilities and Duties: Programme development, implementation, and evaluation: Plan, publicise and conduct caregiver support programmes (e.g., talks & workshops, Carer Lighthouse, Care Line). Facilitate talks, workshops and group programmes in a strength-based and caregiver-centric approach Monitor attendance, collect feedback, and support impact evaluation to improve service quality. Foster a sense of community among caregivers through conducting peer support networks and social events. Continuous learning with the team through regular review of programs. Caregiver Engagement & Support: Serve as a first point of contact for caregivers, providing information, referrals, and empathetic listening via Care Line. Conduct outreach to raise awareness of available services through community events and partnerships. Maintain strong relationships with caregivers and work with caregivers to achieve their aspirations Volunteer & Stakeholders engagement: Maintain strong relationships with the community, volunteers and internal stakeholders to deliver suitable programmes for caregivers Liaise with corporate and school volunteers to implement ad-hoc events or regular activities for Caregivers. Collaborate with internal departments to achieve organisational goals. Recruit, train, and engage volunteers to support programme delivery. Backbone support to team function: Maintain knowledge resource of the team related to Caregiving e.g. Care Line resource library. Organize events for the team that contributes to team growth and bonding. Prepare reports and presentations to track programme effectiveness and inform improvements. Support grant applications and documentation for funding compliance. Essential Qualifications: Degree in any discipline. Prior training in WSQ ACLP 2.0 will be an added advantage. Interested in improving the Caregiving situation in Singapore. 1-2 years of experience working with Caregivers and families. Prior experience in programme management or working with caregivers will be an added advantage. Excellent verbal and written communication, problem-solving solving and administration skills. Excellent programme planning and facilitation skills. Core Competencies, Skills, and Attributes: Passionate about journeying with Caregivers and families Practice empathetic listening and communication skills with Caregivers and families Keen learner and strong team player Creative and adaptable to dynamic nature of work Good organization and problem-solving skill Proficient in MS Office 365 programs Experience in social media platforms e.g. facebook, telegram and Instagram. * This role is required to run across Singapore to conduct workshops and programmes, the office is based at Tampines.
