Key Responsibilities Provide expert-level customer support to Danish-speaking clients on cybersecurity products and services via phone, email, and chat. Troubleshoot and resolve security-related issues and queries reported by customers. Educate customers on cybersecurity best practices and help them understand the features of our security solutions. Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and technical issues using CRM tools. Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex cybersecurity challenges. Stay informed about the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and solutions to provide current and effective support. Fluency in Danish (written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is an advantage. Experience in customer support roles, ideally within cybersecurity or IT security domains. Strong technical understanding of cybersecurity principles and products. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills focused on customer satisfaction. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with CRM software and support platforms. Enthusiasm for working in cybersecurity and willingness to adapt to new technologies and challenges.
