This National Guard position is for a PROGRAM ANALYST (TITLE 5), Position Description Number T5615P01 and is part of the FL USPFO, National Guard. AREA OF CONSIDERATION: This position is in the Exceptive Service "under the authority of Title 5, P.L. 114-328, Sections 932 and 1084 (FY17 NDAA)" and is open to on board (Tenure 1, 2 and 3) federal employees/technicians (T5 ONLY) within the agency. Tenure can be in block 24 on your latest SF 50. PCS: Permanent Change of Station (PCS) costs, MAY be authorized. Authorization for payment of PCS expenses will be granted ONLY after determination is made that payment is in the best interest of the Florida National Guard. Recruitment / Relocation: Incentive MAY be authorized. ONLY after determination is made that payment is in the best interest of the Florida National Guard. FLNG BUS Code 8888: This position is "excluded" and ineligible for labor organization representation. NOTE: MUST UPLOAD YOUR MOST RECENT SF 50 (eg. General Adjustment) TO BE CONSIDERED GENERAL EXPERIENCE: Must have experience, education, or training in administrative, professional, investigative, technical, or other responsible work which demonstrates analytical ability and a practical and theoretical knowledge of the functions, processes, and principles of management; experience with National Guard organizational structures, functions, procedures, and techniques; experience using computer and automation systems. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE - GS09: Must have at least one year of specialized experiences at the GS-07 level or the equivalent which provides knowledge and/or experience .experience analyzing, interpreting and developing policies and procedures of local management.
