Design, implement, and manage personalized vocational rehabilitation and return-to-work programs, ensuring alignment with best practices and client goals.
Develop innovative, goal-oriented strategies to support individuals receiving disability benefits in returning to meaningful employment.
Manage program budgets, including planning, monitoring, and ensuring cost-effective delivery of services.
Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders-including clients, healthcare providers, employers, and vendors-to create effective and sustainable return-to-work solutions.
Facilitate the transition of ill and injured members of the Canadian Forces into post-release employment.
Conduct client assessments, coordinate services, and oversee vendor engagement to ensure seamless program delivery.
Communicate complex or sensitive information clearly and professionally to clients and stakeholders.
Prepare detailed, high-quality reports in accordance with departmental standards.
Required Qualifications:
University degree in a relevant field; preference for Health Sciences, Psychology, Counselling or Career Development.
5+ years of vocational rehabilitation experience, or equivalent experience in active rehabilitation.
Fully bilingual (French/English): The successful candidate will be required to communicate in English and French in order to support clients from various jurisdictions outside of Quebec.
Strong knowledge of rehabilitation industry standards, disability insurance, medical terminology, and case management best practices.
Demonstrated experience in budget management within a professional environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information effectively.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Exceptional interpersonal and conflict resolution skills, with a collaborative and solution-oriented mindset.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, work under tight deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making capabilities.
Ability to work independently while maintaining high performance and accountability.
Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for regional travel.
