[What the role is] You will be part of a planning team that provides central oversight and stakeholder coordination across the Workforce and Workforce Digital Services Groups. The team plays a key role in shaping how the groups plan, measure, and communicate their work - spanning workplan development, performance tracking, programme analysis and review, and stakeholder engagement. [What you will be working on] Your role includes but is not limited to the following areas: Conducting reviews of programme policies to assess their effectiveness, relevance, and alignment with broader workforce development objectives. This includes scoping, gathering and evaluating evidence, analysing data and developing recommendations for policy or programme improvements. You will also support the development of strategies and implementation plans and prepare papers and presentations for senior management and external stakeholders. Drawing, processing, and analysing data from relevant sources and administrative data to support programme tracking and reviews. This includes building and maintaining data reports, identifying trends and anomalies in datasets, and responding to data queries from internal and external stakeholders. Supporting the annual workplan cycle, gathering inputs from internal teams, coordinating across divisions, and ensuring workplans are consolidated, coherent and aligned to SWDA's broader objectives. Handling policy-related enquiries from Ministry of Manpower (MOM) and other government ministries and agencies and preparing responses to parliamentary questions and budget-related submissions. Providing secretariat support for high-level committees and meetings, including preparing agendas, synthesising discussions, recording minutes, and follow-up actions. Contributing to maintaining and improving the team's knowledge management practices, ensuring that institutional knowledge, documents, and processes are well-organised, up to date and accessible.
