We are looking for a Business Development Manager to grow assigned vendors in the Czech market , with a focus on Data & AI products and solutions .
In this role, you will work closely with partners, customers, and internal teams to drive business growth, develop go-to-market activities, and support commercial execution within the local distribution ecosystem .
This is a customer-facing role for someone who enjoys structured work, clear processes, and long-term relationship building. The position is based in Prague , with regular travel across the Czech Republic and Slovakia .
Responsibilities
Build and execute go-to-market plans for assigned vendors
Identify new business opportunities and support partner and customer deals
Manage and develop partner and customer relationships
Support pricing, deals, rebates , and commercial negotiations
Track pipeline, forecasts , and sales performance
Support marketing activities , partner programmes, and customer events
Work closely with Sales, Pre-Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure execution
Requirements
Experience in business development, sales, or partner management
Strong commercial skills with clear communication and confident presentations
Fluent in English and Czech
Background with technology, IT distribution, or an IT partner or reseller would be a strong advantage
