Requirements
3-6 years of significant transactional experience, preferably in an in-house environment, working on a wide variety of commercial contracts..
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts in an in-house setting.
Confidence working with internal stakeholders and external advisers.
Issue spotting and contract planning.
Must have full Australian working rights and be eligible to practice in Australia.
