Role Summary
The Business HR Partner for Corporate functions is an individual‑contributor role that provides strategic HR partnership and consulting support to Vice Presidents and other executive level leaders across Flowserve's Corporate Functions.
This role operates as a recognized HR subject matter expert, working independently to solve complex people and organizational challenges, enable business change, and influence leadership decisions. The Business HR Partner acts as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and may periodically support or interact with members of the Executive Leadership Team.
This position focuses on HR consulting, leadership coaching, workforce strategy, and enterprise HR initiative execution rather than transactional support. This role requires exceptional organizational discipline and the ability to manage multiple senior stakeholders, competing priorities, and enterprise initiatives simultaneously with precision and follow-through.
