Job Description: 1. Budget Planning & Allocation Partner with Marketing leadership and Finance to develop and manage annual and quarterly marketing budgets Translate strategy and priorities into clear budget allocation across programs, teams, and investments Support reallocation of budget throughout the year based on performance and changing priorities 2. Spend Visibility & Governance Establish and maintain centralized visibility into marketing spend (budget vs. actuals) across all teams Ensure consistent tracking of program, vendor, and operational spend Drive financial discipline through clear processes, reporting, and governance 3. AI & Efficiency Opportunities Support evaluation of AI investments relative to traditional spend (e.g., agency vs. AI tools) Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation, AI, and process improvements Contribute to building a more scalable, cost-efficient marketing operating model
