Fulton Hogan's infrastructure services are business is currently recruiting for an additional Production Supervisor to join the team at our Dry Creek site. What's on offer? We are looking for a Production Supervisor to join our Central Region Infrastructure Services Division, the role will see you supervise all phases of plant production, including training and development of the production operations team. Reporting to the Department Manager the role will be crucial to maximising the productivity and efficiency of our plants, as well as providing leadership to the team for the successful day-to-day operation of the facilities. Your responsibilities will include: Maintain and support a safe work environment and housekeeping program. Develop and execute the plant maintenance reports and PAM's. Work closely with the HSQE Advisor to ensure all members of the production team are aware of IMS procedures e.g., SWMS, working at heights, VOC to provide a safe workplace for our employees. Develop new Production Operation manuals Work closely with the technical team to review product consistency to determine trends and areas of improvement. Review established production schedules to ensure established inventory levels are met while operating at the highest efficiency possible. Coordinate the hiring/scheduling of production team members. Monitor operation expenses and research ways to reduce costs while maintaining product quality. How you will connect to the role? To be successful in the role, you will ideally have previous experience in Bitumen/Emulsion & Asphalt Operations, Plant and Equipment maintenance, Manufacturing Processes, paired with the ability to positively influence and a lead a team. You will have the ability to build strong relationships and networks with internal and external stakeholders whilst working collaboratively across a diverse and complex environment assisting in the development of innovative and sustainable product offerings. Your proven ability to establish high performing, multi-skilled teams through coaching, mentoring & training will set you up for success.
