Job Summary: The Nominee & Issuer Services team supports the full lifecycle of corporate action, issuer communication, IPO operations and nominee related services for securities admitted into HKSCC. This role forms part of the management team in managing corporate action which involves engagement with issuers and market participants, and ensuring high standards of accuracy, compliance, and market integrity in the operational process. In addition to strong knowledge of equity product in Hong Kong and China markets, experience in fixed income and derivative product is an advantage. Job Duties: Execute daily nominee services operations in compliance with clearing house rules, procedures, and internal policies Review and validate work performed by junior staff, including issuer announcement reviews and end‑to‑end processing of corporate actions across equities, debt securities, and derivatives Oversee the full lifecycle of corporate events, including coordination with relevant internal and external stakeholders Recommend and implement operational process enhancements to improve efficiency, control, and service quality Support automation and process reengineering initiatives to reduce manual processing and operational risk Identify exceptions and contingency situations in a timely manner and escalate issues to management as appropriate Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline at least 3-5 years of relevant experience in reputable financial institutions Solid knowledge of asset servicing and nominee/custodial operations across equities, debt securities, and derivatives in Hong Kong and global markets, including related corporate actions and lifecycle events; exposure to Mainland China markets is an advantage. Familiarity with International Central Securities Depositories (ICSDs) such as Euroclear and Clearstream is highly desirable Strong team player with the ability to perform effectively in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Access, and Chinese word processing Knowledge of Macros and VBA is an advantage HKEX is committed as an Equal Opportunity Employer.
