Solution Design : You will develop automation prototype design solutions tailored to the needs of each project. This includes selecting and integrating MHE equipment and creating detailed system layouts.
System Integration : You will work with our equipment vendors, suppliers, your team members to analyze, procure and integrate the necessary MHE equipment into the automation system.
Requirements Analysis : You will collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, and site leaders to understand their specific requirements and goals for the material handling automation project.
Process Optimization: You will analyze current material handling processes and workflows to identify opportunities for optimization.
Testing and Commissioning : You will test the material handling automation system to ensure functionality.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
3+ years experience implementing MHE automation/robotic systems within a Fulfillment or Distribution environment
Working knowledge of the relevant software: Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel (can perform complex functions), CAD
Engineering Degree or 5+ years in Engineering experience.
Knowledge of SQL and Minitab
Work Measurement training (MTM, MOST)
Lean or Six Sigma training
5+ years in Project Management experience.
