As an Associate Key Account Manager, you'll support the execution of account plans and growth strategies across a portfolio of small to mid‑tier provider accounts. You'll work closely with the Key Account Management and broader Provider Sales teams to deliver excellent service, drive product adoption and support commercial outcomes.
This role is well suited to someone who enjoys building relationships, working in a fast‑paced environment and developing their commercial skills within a structured healthcare setting.
Responsibilities
Account Support & Execution
Execute account plans and growth initiatives for assigned accounts
Manage a portfolio of small to mid‑tier customers remotely
Ensure timely follow‑up on customer requests and enquiries
Customer Engagement
Conduct proactive outbound calls to support product uptake and retention
Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities aligned to customer needs
Maintain regular, value‑adding engagement with customers
Customer Service Excellence
Act as a primary point of contact for customer queries
Resolve issues efficiently and professionally
Deliver a consistently high‑quality customer experience
Data & Systems
Maintain accurate customer and opportunity records in CRM (e.g. Salesforce)
Track account performance, activities and opportunities
Support reporting and administrative requirements
Collaboration
Work cross‑functionally across sales, operations and internal teams
Support pricing, operational execution and team initiatives
Contribute to team targets and overall Provider Sales performance

About you
You're organised, proactive and customer‑focused, with an interest in building a career in B2B sales or account management.
You'll bring:

Requirements
Required:
Experience in customer service, inside sales or account support
