Front Desk Staff (on-call)

About the role

HealthFitness is looking for a Front Desk Attendant to join the team at the Advocate Condell Centre Club, managed by HealthFitness in Libertyville, IL! The position is on-call, working on an as-needed basis. Greet, check-in and assist customers. Provides program information, services, membership and ensures the highest possible level of customer service and participant satisfaction. Minimum Requirements Previous customer service experience a plus. Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days of hire. Flu vaccination required during the Fall season. Compensation: $15/hr - $17/hr. Pay is dependent on experience and qualifications. The final wage offer will be determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill set, and other relevant factors.
