POSTING CLOSE DATE: Monday, June 29, 2026 T he Senior Director is responsible for overseeing the valuation of investments as well as providing strong leadership that includes an innovative & collaborative team approach. The Senior Director will function in a technologically advanced, dynamic and complex global investment environment . As a member of the Finance Leadership team, this role offers a strategic oversight role for someone with deep valuations expertise who enjoys relationship building with asset classes . The Finance department is part of BCI Operations and is responsible for investment and corporate accounting, valuations, as well as financial statements and financial reporting to our clients. Valuations team focuses on the daily price verification for Fixed Income and Public Equity securities as well as the quarterly and year-end valuation processes for BCI's private market investment portfolio, including Private Equity, Infrastructure & Renewable Resources, and Private Credit. The branch also resolves IFRS accounting and valuation issues across all asset classes, prepares annual financial statements for BCI programs, pooled funds, and Combined Funds, and reports and presents financial and valuation information to BCI's Valuation Committee and Board and Board-related committees. WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Finance (SVP) and CFO, the Senior Director, Valuations is a member of the Finance Leadership Team . The Senior Director leads a team of professionals who deliver independent valuations of public and private market investments that support accurate and timely financial information for executive leadership, Board of Directors, Valuation Committee and external clients . The Senior Director serves as a trusted advisor in a technologically advanced, dynamic global investment environment with tight deadlines . This role will work with and build relationships across BCI with a focus on our private asset classes WHAT YOU BRING CPA or equivalent designation (CFA, CBV preferred) M inimum 15 years of progressive valuations experience in the investment or securities industry, including at least 10 years of strong leadership experience managing a team of professionals Strong technical expertise in the valuation of public and private market investments, including experience with valuation methodologies for Private Equity, Infrastructure, Renewable Resources, and Private Credit Understanding of investment structuring and financial reporting standards Ability to establish and maintain strong governance frameworks and internal controls Experience leading and developing high-performing teams through coaching, talent development, and performance management Strategic and proactive mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication skills, including the ability to prepare briefing materials and present complex valuation matters to executive leadership, Board of Directors, Valuation Committee and external clients Proven a bility to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels, driving continuous improvement and change in a demanding environment
