Your future role within QRT Your core objective will be to collaborate with Researchers and Analyst to onboard data sources and signals through a centralized framework. You will contribute to the design and maintenance of datasets used for signal generation in trading strategies. You will also help develop robust data quality checks to enhance monitoring and ensure the longevity of data sources. Additionally, you will be responsible for integrating alternative datasets and building tools to automate data pipelines for faster and more reliable delivery. Finally, you will provide support to end users, including Quant Researchers and Traders. Your present skillset 2+ years' hands-on experience in data engineering Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work effectively with other engineers, quants and traders Strong software engineering fundamentals and proficiency in Python Experience with workflow orchestration frameworks (e.g. Argo, Airflow) Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs and internal service integrations Experience with observability tools (e.g. Grafana, CloudWatch) Familiarity with Kubernetes, container orchestration, and cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred) Exposure to the front-end, particularly with regards to custom monitoring dashboards, is a plus Self-starter mentality with the ability to work autonomously within a globally distributed team QRT is an equal opportunity employer.
