ROLE The COO will ensure smooth day-to-day operations, efficient execution of strategy, and alignment of resources across all functions. This position requires a balance of strategic vision and operational discipline, ideally with experience in e-commerce, consultancy, or project management. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and articulate the long-term vision and mission of the school, ensuring alignment with the board's objectives and the school's educational philosophy. Formulate strategic plans to guide the school's growth, sustainability, and positioning in the competitive international education market. Identify new opportunities for expansion, partnerships, and program development Conduct regular market and competitor analysis to anticipate trends and adjust strategies proactively. Align financial, operational, and academic goals to achieve sustainable growth. Build strategic partnerships with investors, education bodies, government agencies, and global institutions. Oversee brand development and market positioning to attract students, faculty, and partners. Establish performance metrics (KPIs) to measure the success of strategic initiatives and ensure accountability. Balance short-term operational needs with long-term institutional goals, ensuring agility in decision-making.
