ITD is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst (BSA II) to be a member of our Customer Service Delivery Model and join a team of BSAs supporting various Pima County departments. This role involves close cooperation and coordination across the entire IT Department, with particular focus working with technical and non-technical resources in the analysis of processes, communication across IT and to non-technical users and leadership in the implementation of processes or applications.
