Responsibilities

• Serve as the Lead Veterinarian on the clinic floor, setting the standard for patient care across the Sploot network
• Implement protocols, oversee quality assurance, and ensure every patient gets top-tier care
• Mentor, train, and empower veterinarians and nurses to grow in their careers
• Foster a collaborative, supportive environment where both pets and people thrive

As Clinic Medical Director, you'll practice gold-standard medicine while leading and mentoring a high-performing medical team.
