Sploot Veterinary Care is redefining primary and urgent care, and we're seeking a strong clinical leader to help drive that work in Denver. As Clinic Medical Director, you'll practice gold-standard medicine while leading and mentoring a high-performing medical team. You'll have the autonomy to shape clinic culture, influence clinical standards, and contribute to the continued growth and success of our care model. What Makes Sploot Different Flexible 3-4 day workweek with 10-12 hour shifts + No overnights Highly skilled nursing team + 3:1 Nurse to DVM ratio Balanced mix of urgent care and wellness cases Strong pre-visit triage so you walk into the exam room prepared What Makes You a Great Fit DVM/VMD degree (licensed and in good standing in Colorado) 5+ years of clinical experience, with leadership or mentorship experience Passion for team-building - You believe a great team makes great medicine Strong organizational & strategic skills - You're comfortable making decisions and driving outcomes A visionary mindset - You're excited about changing the status quo in veterinary care Bonus Points: experienced in and excited about surgeries and dentals
