Being a ¿Class A¿ member of the Professional Golfers Association is required. Must have the ability to supervise employees of diverse cultural backgrounds. Must have the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Must have extensive retail experience and the ability to manage a high-volume pro shop. Knowledge of pertinent golf course safety matters and occupational health and environmental regulations, to include those related to turfgrass chemical applications. Knowledge of Non-Appropriated Fund (NAF) policies and procedures is preferred but not required. This is a white-collar position where occasional lifting of 20 pounds may be required.
