Experience contributing to the delivery of multiple Workday HCM and/or Financials implementations, supporting at least two project phases
Strong understanding of integration design principles and data flows between Workday and external systems
Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
Willingness to travel up to 50%
Preferred Skills & Experience:
Workday Integration and/or Studio certification
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Ability to produce clear technical documentation, including design and configuration details
Experience supporting testing activities, troubleshooting integration issues, and implementing enhancements
Ability to balance work across multiple projects of varying size and complexity
Strong analytical skills to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Familiarity with development and productivity tools such as Notepad++, UltraEdit, Oxygen XML, AQT, Beyond Compare, ASAP Utilities, or similar tools
Interest in mentoring junior team members and contributing to team knowledge sharing

Senior Associates play an integral client-facing project or work-stream leadership role. While activities vary based on project size/scope and individual skill-sets and strengths, the Sr. Associate can expect to spend their time with a heavy focus on material client interaction through all projects, project management, intensive data-analysis and the identification for the "so-what's" therein, and to creating compelling client-ready presentations.
