- Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 12+ years of experience in operations, healthcare services, or technology-enabled healthcare solutions.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale operations and driving transformation in complex, matrixed organizations.
- Strong experience in operational strategy, process improvement, and organizational design.
- Demonstrated ability to scale operations while maintaining quality and client outcomes.
- Experience working with health systems, specialty pharmacy, or 340B environments preferred.

- For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 203,600 - 339,300 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

Role Summary: The Managing Director, Verity Solutions, is a senior leader responsible for driving the overall operational strategy, execution, and performance of the Verity Solutions business. This role provides end-to-end leadership across Verity's portfolio - including Fusebox, Dromos, and the expanding inclusion of PipelineRx- to deliver scalable, technology-enabled solutions that serve health systems and pharmacy partners. In close partnership with the President and senior leadership team, this leader will co-develop and shape the multi-year strategy for Verity Solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities and long-term growth objectives.
