Job Responsibilities
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Identify high-impact keyword opportunities aligned to user intent and business goals
Optimise web pages (meta data, content, internal linking) to improve organic rankings and visibility
Analyse performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Search Console to uncover growth opportunities
Support content creation and optimisation within our CMS, ensuring alignment with brand tone and SEO best practices
Monitor trends, competitors, and search landscape changes to continuously improve performance
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
Analyse user behaviour and identify friction points across the website journey
Design and execute A/B tests on key pages (landing pages, booking funnel, CTAs)
Evaluate test performance and translate results into clear, data-driven recommendations
Improve user experience to drive higher engagement and conversion rates
Work closely with designers and developers to bring optimisation ideas to life
