Responsibilities
Team Leadership : Lead and develop operational staff, establish performance expectations, and conduct regular evaluations.
Strategic Planning & Implementation: Develop and execute strategic initiatives to enhance productivity and profitability, aligning with overall company objectives.
Client Service Oversight: Ensure the delivery of exceptional client service, manage client relationships, and act as a point of escalation for client concerns.
Technology Integration : Oversee the integration of technology solutions and address technology needs in collaboration with IT teams.
Risk Oversight : Assess and mitigate operational risks and ensure adherence to compliance standards.
Qualifications and expertise that pave the way for Success
3-5 years of experience in employee benefits, insurance industry, or proven experience in a leadership or managerial role within operations.
Ability to work effectively within a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Passion, humility, integrity, positive attitude, mission-driven, and self-directed
Strong knowledge of operational best practices.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
