About the role
We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition to join our HR team at our Dublin site. This is a key role supporting the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes. Responsibilities
- Stakeholder Management Build strong relationships with hiring managers and business leaders
- Provide expert advice on recruitment strategies, market insights, and hiring best practices
- Manage expectations and ensure a smooth, timely recruitment process
- End-to-End Recruitment Delivery Manage vacancies through the full lifecycle using Workday
- Ensure accurate requisition management, compliance, and data integrity within the system
- Deliver a high-quality candidate experience throughout
- Prepare weekly reports to ensure the recruitment processes are on track
- Direct Sourcing Proactively identify and engage talent through direct sourcing techniques (e.g. LinkedIn, talent pools, networking)
- Develop pipelines for hard-to-fill and niche roles
- About You
- Full Drive licence (The location is only accessible by car)
- Proven experience in an in-house or agency recruitment role
- Stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Hands-on experience using an ATS, ideally Workday
- Demonstrated success in direct sourcing and talent pipeline development
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Passion for delivering an outstanding candidate experience
