Ensure that all procurement transactions undergo thorough due diligence review before conversion into purchase orders.
Communicate purchase orders, status updates, confirmations, and delivery details with vendors, addressing lead times and quantity discounts.
Collaborate with the Inventory Planning group to execute purchasing strategies, maintaining compliance with financial objectives and site manufacturing goals.
Resolve supplier issues and actively manage raw material escalations to support manufacturing operations, presenting updates to key stakeholders.
Serve as the first operational contact for S2C processes, advising users on buying channels, preferred suppliers, and workflows.
Support sourcing, negotiating, and contracting strategies to achieve category goals.
Requirements
Required Skills:
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline.
At least 3-5 years of experience in a GMP-regulated industry or similar environment.
Track record of cGMP experience and governing policies.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in procurement and supply chain management.
Preferred Skills:
CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Chain) preferred.
