- Positioning and Messaging: Craft strategic messaging that differentiates us from competitors and targets contact center leaders, driving sales throughout the funnel for both prospects and customers.

- Represent Five9 at events, webinars, and other customer-facing activities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product marketing (or equivalent) experience; demonstrated success in marketing CX, CCaaS, or AI technology solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing Management, MBA preferred.
- Strong communication skills, including excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Adept at working cross-functionally.
- Fast learner, detail-oriented, and must enjoy fast-paced work environments.
- Work Location: This role is fully remote for candidates who reside outside the 30-mile radius of our San Ramon, San Fransico or Dallas, TX office. For candidates who reside within 30 miles of our locations, this role is Hybrid and would require 3 days a week (Tu, W, TH) in office.
