From ideation to production, you will work with a diverse and experienced team of design engineers to support aerospace industry leaders and spearhead technological advances in transport decarbonization. Job Description Nidec Aerospace is seeking a Sales and Operations Planning Specialist who will be supporting and optimizing the end-to-end sales process. The position combines hands-on sales administration execution with sales operations process development. This role acts as the central coordination point of the sales organization, ensuring operational excellence, data accuracy, process efficiency, and strong coordination between Sales, Program, Trade and Compliance, Supply Chain, Finance and Customer Service teams. The individual is responsible for Design, implement, and enhance sales processes, tools, and workflows. Develop governance and approval flow to g uarantee compliance with contractual terms. Oversee order management from order entry to invoicing and cash collection , in coordination with internal teams. Ensure accuracy of o rders , quotations, pricing, and customer data in CRM and ERP. Handle escalations related to orders, delivery constraints, or customer claims. Support the monthly/ q uarterly forecast and annual planning.
