The World's Most Dedicated Never Give Up Think of what you could achieve if the best possible care was all that mattered. If you had the encouragement and opportunity to truly bond with the patients in your care. And if you could collaborate with the world's brightest scientists, in a bench-to-bedside environment that puts you on the leading edge of clinical breakthroughs for children with cancer, sickle cell, and other life-threatening diseases. It's possible at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. As a clinical professional with us, you'll be part of a team that gives our all to make a difference in the lives of patients with the rarest of conditions. All while receiving the resources and support you need to advance your career and be the force behind the cures. As a Clinical Staff Leader (CSL) for our Infusion Center, you'll serve as an invaluable member of the Nursing Leadership team, bringing the unique experience and expertise of your unit to the table. As a CSL, you'll have the opportunity to serve both in a bedside and administrative capacity, spending time on the frontlines of patient care in scrubs as the unit leader, but reserving one, eight hour shift of time protected for administrative work: quality checks, rounding, and supervisor check-ins. As the leader of your team, you'll provide operational and quality oversight, coordinate development opportunities, and act as the liaison between our patients, families, and health team members, then serve as the voice of your unit: collaborating with other members of our leadership team--House Supervisors, Managers, and Relief Staff Leaders-to ensure that we consistently deliver high-quality patient care. Here at St. Jude, we set the standard in pediatric cancer care, and we encourage applicants who match the caliber of our work. If you're a natural leader with a passion for mission-driven work, thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments, and believe in being an uncompromising champion of excellence, we'd love to have you apply.
