About the role
Level: 3 Department: Mergers & Acquisitions Location : London (4 days in the office) Contract: Permanent We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Finance Analyst to join our growing and ambitious M&A Team in London. In this role you will assist the Group M&A Team with financial analysis, preparing proposals, information processing, reporting Management information and Packs, and help with the management of transactions through the pipeline to completion. Responsibilities include: Support with the financial analysis and presentations of M&A acquisition opportunities. Support with the financial analysis of investment portfolio. Produce Monthly Reports for Governance and other committees. Developing and maintaining presentation materials, organizing company documents into updated filing systems, and keeping both physical and digital records. Supporting with logging, administration and management of new M&A acquisition opportunities including maintaining the M&A Pipeline CRM. Assisting with the administration for multiple simultaneous acquisition opportunities at differently stages; including the preparation of letters, presentations, and other formal documentation. Attend internal and external meetings to document decisions and assigned actioned. Due to the nature of the business, the role may also include additional responsibilities considered reasonable.
